Donald
L. Packham - President, CEO
Donald Packham is the President
and CEO of BlueKey Wireless Systems, Inc and is the founder
and driving force behind the company. He is an inventor and
a visionary in the fields of automation and connectivity
assistance devices. Mr. Packham has a culmination Forty-five
years of experience in design of automation control applications.
During his forty-five years experience with computer automation
he produced three Patented home automation systems as well
as a revolutionary voice activated automated house (Fortune
Magazine March 4th 1985). He cut his teeth in
controls starting as a member of the engineering development
team manufacturing the U-2 aerial photo observation platform
used by the USAF/CIA. His automation control development
continued through out his career only the end control disciplines
changed such as solar energy, Telemetry, Energy management,
University of Maryland's Human Computer Interaction Lab (Voice
activated control systems). His international experience
is extensive having served as liaison engineer for a New
York Investor group Worldwide as well as a VP of an export
company located in Osaka Japan.
As a visionary
he instantly understood the added practicality of the Cell
Phone. Used as a Connectivity assistant device
the cell phone will combine /Personal Digital
Assistant (e.g., Palm Pilot). Compact and portable, that
will store all of your vital (and not so vital) information
-- email and voice messages, electronic business cards, reports
in progress, grocery list, calendar -- and offer the ability
to download and upload new items at will, control and access
any and all human interface devices needed or required. The
cell phone will literally become your /Personal Digital Assistant.

Mr. Cullimore has over 31 years of experience in
electronic
product design, manufacturing and marketing in large volume consumer
and
leading edge industrial product industries. Mr. Cullimore has served as
Product
Design Management for public $100M + companies such as, Code Alarm,
Energy
Conversion Devices with additional background with venture capitalized
startups
such as Interactive Media Systems, developer and manufacturer of home
automation control systems, Vidtronics (CEO), developer and manufacture
of
wireless audio/video wireless distribution systems, 3DX (CEO),
developer and
manufacturer of 3D video enhancement systems and PCtheater (VP, COO),
home
automation and PC/AV convergence platforms. Mr. Cullimore also has
extensive
marketing and product application development experience with most
major OEM
automotive manufacturers in wireless vehicle integration, security and
control systems.
Mr. Cullimore has negotiated license agreements for his technologies to
various
manufacturers for wireless consumer products. In 2001 Mr. Cullimore
started a
company manufacturing and distributing rechargeable and remote control
LED
lighting systems for the Consumer and Hospitality markets forecasting
over $1M
in sales in 2007. The company produces products in China and the USA.
Mr.
Cullimore has a degree in Electronic Engineering and completed
extensive
courses in business management, SPC quality control system, venture
startup,
business planning, weights and measures and other related business
studies. Mr.
Cullimore holds 8 Patents.

Somner
Secretary, Director of Software Development
Mr.
Somner has a culmination of 23 years in software product development.
Mr. Somner has developed expertise in systems interfacing, systems
level design, user interaction relational studies, complex relational
database systems, graphics utilities, user interface design and development,
portable and embedded device programming, GPS and RFID development
and tracking, media shifting, and video codec design and development.
Mr. Somner is proficient in all major development languages, has worked
for IBM, done sub-contract work for Apple, is a Microsoft ISV Partner,
and currently provides Consulting Services work for several high profile
companies and personalities. Mr. Somner’s background has brought
him to the foreground in mobile device application development, and
server based application distribution using all commercial carrier
protocols and procedures. This experience also entails close involvement
with fast paced technology changes in the mobile device arena. Mr.
Somner is a proud alumnus of Cornell University, Class of 1987, Department
of Mathematics.
